Beginning Monday, December 1, 2008
Reservations for travel from April 4, 2009 through May 18, 2009 will be accepted via the phone. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per phone call. Reservations may also be made through the Internet.

Wednesday January 7, 2009 thru Wednesday January 14, 2009
Headstart customers may make reservations for travel from May 19, 2009 through October 12, 2009 through the mail. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per mailing. Reservations may also be made through the Internet.

Beginning Tuesday January 20, 2009
Reservations by general public for travel from May 19, 2009 through October 12, 2009 will be accepted through the mail. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per mailing. Reservations may also be made through the Internet. All reservations will be processed as received.

Beginning Tuesday January 27, 2009
Reservations by general public for travel from May 19, 2009 through October 12, 2009 will be accepted via the phone. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per phone call. Reservations may also be made through the mail. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per mailing. Reservations may also be made through the Internet or in person at all Steamship Authority locations.

Reservations for travel from October 13, 2009 through December 29, 2009 will be accepted via the phone. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per phone call. Reservations may also be made through the mail. Up to five transactions (one way or round trip) will be accepted per mailing. Reservations may also be made through the Internet or in person at all Steamship Authority locations.

Reservation Only Dates for the Woods Hole/Martha's Vineyard Route:
Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from June 26 through September 7, 2009 and May 21 - May 26, 2009, July 2, September 8 and October 9 and 12, 2009

Payments
Space will be reserved for cars and trucks upon prepayment. Cash, Check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards are accepted for advance reservations. Service fees are assessed for returned checks.

Payments may be made via our website, telephone, ticket offices, reservation offices or via US Mail.

Vehicle reservations can be cancelled or changed by calling 508.477.8600 or 508.693.9130 during office hours. There is a $10.00 fee for all vehicle reservations cancelled entirely and returned for refund. A minimum of fourteen days notice is required to receive a refund on vehicle fares. Reservations may be changed up to one hour before the scheduled departure. Reservations changed less than fourteen days prior to scheduled departure and subsequently cancelled are non-refundable. You can make the first change (one-way or round trip) without incurring a fee. All subsequent changes will be assessed a $10.00 fee. Passenger fares are fully refundable.
